My approach
I utilize an integrative approach to therapy; I believe there is no one perfect theory or intervention. Therefore, I combine the use of several therapy techniques to best meet your needs. I commonly work with mindfulness, cognitive behavioral and solution-focused techniques. I consider therapy as a collaboration between client and therapist. That way, we can work together to achieve your goals. Think of me as being like a Sherpa, but for the soul. Wherever your destination, I want to help get you there.
